Train Like a Sea Crew, You Know?

You couldn't bench out at tim van horn's place unless you had a 500 pound bench. So i jumped in to meet whatever the next meet was that was close, benched the 500 pounds, just so i could train out there. Because the people that were training at west ides commercial gim at that time erum, like a sea crew. You know, if he got an eight crew, a b crew and a sea crew, it was like the sea crew. And i wasn't going to drive all that way to train with people that were weaker than the people i was already training with. I did what i had to do to be able to go out there.
