There's so much power in presence and tuning into all the other frequencies that are going on. That might be a subtle thing like your breath might change or the way you're holding onto the rope kind of changes those aren't words, but that almost might give them more information than your words do. I start breathing myself very loud so they can hear me in the tone that they have to hear. And sometimes I've realized like, okay, they're getting nervous and they're not breathing. But if I tell them, breathe, that's going to freak them out and it's not going to do anything. Exactly. You're tuning in on that intuitive level to when things are getting stressful
