Increasing Mobility, Range of Motion, and Strength in MMA

Frankie Edgar's energy output is limited based on his, his mobility. That was one of the things when we talked about like, you know, learning more and getting more in depth with what my athletes actually need. So increasing range of motion not only was it reducing the risk of injury, it was increasing performance as a whole. And from there, they're able to get into positions and get stronger in those positions.
