The Importance of Context in Health Behavior Change

The weather is a key indicator for people and what they're going to do in certain health behaviors or behaviors in general, right? Like my commitment to the environment and taking the bus every day to work also fades when that first giant's toast to our pit. And so I think the other part of that rate is context is not right. So, you know, now one of the amazing things that we get to do in behavioral science is adapted real time to those context changes.
