Is There a Level of Insecurity in Making Good Decisions?

People are afraid of going into something where they don't have a paint by number answer. All the good decisions get made in the gray, otherwise, ever, everyone else could do it. I make decisions significantly faster than anyone else that i i've interacted with or no. And so there's like the the ability to know that you're making decisions with imperfect data and then being humble and willing to adjust if you were not right.
