The Importance of a Marketing Dashboard
The number one measure that I saw in this took me a little bit by surprise. Marketing engagement with buyers and customers, engagement rates became our number one metric. It would be great to have a customer health score tied to retention rate. I love seeing if where acquisition is a significant part of our focus. We want to know what it costs us to win.
