How to Improve Your Breath During Physical Exercise
The primary stimulus to breed is not oxygen, it's carbon dioxide. If you have an athlete with a strong sensitivity to the accumulation of carbon dioxide, they're going to be more breathless. So improve your everyday breathing patterns. Switch to nose light, slow and low breathing. And if we practise outside of the swim session, it's going to make us a better swimmer.
