Salesforce: The Best CRM for Small Businesses

I did a Twitter survey, not a proper poll because I didn't know what to list. Out of 49 responses, sales force came up once. Salesforce as an organization, they seem to have peaked. If we had done this seven, eight years ago when he wrote that initial post, I'll bet you would have been a third of the firms using sales force.
