How Much Context Is Given to Why Certain Figures Are Chosen?
The way that I like to think about it is having centralized intent and decentralized execution, right? And the most important thing is having a centralized idea of all of us contribute to some random thing bigger than ourselves. So everyone's supposed to do something that hopefully is worthy of a high five from your peers at the end when you achieve said thing, right? Rather than, you know, a micromanage approach,. You know, and a burden, an additional even, I would say process burden on everyone to have to report into this thing, monitoring Schema-style.
