Is Kaffine Supplementation the Icing on the Cakeye?
Can we get the same benefits from a mug of coffee, or do we need to be taking a supplement? And that is a question that has actually been addressed in the research. Both coffee and ine will have the same, or at least very similar effects. So kaffine has been well researched as well. It's been shown to work for both endurance as well as strength exercise.
