Your circadian rhythm gets earlier after age 20. And when you're born to 20, it starts getting later so that way you can stay up till midnight,. Some sleep anthropologists said, well, that's fishy dust because the data that we're looking at is young kids want to go out late. So what about sleep disorders and how do all of these manifest into every thing that we've just talked about? Sleep debt and circadian rhythm, like people have insomnia or sleep apnea.
