The Importance of Openness in Therapy
I think one of my breakthrough points was I had a certain insecurity that I like hated talking about. And it was like to the point where I would never even journal about it because I didn't want to acknowledge its existence. But then once during therapy, it just like came spilling out and we ended up working through it. It also takes some time for anyone to feel comfortable with anyone else like therapy or not to share more about yourself as there's always the fear of slight judgment.
