Alex Castellanos says he used to be an all-or-nothing kind of person. He's lost more than 100 pounds in less than a year, and it took him three hours on his first live Facebook video. The secret is repetition: Don't change your habits just one day at a time; they compound over time. "I'm not the perfect social media person that will tell you, oh, it's so easy to do this and this," Castellanos tells CNN iReport.
