i used to be like, o fibres dom it just makes you cofaded and gives you clatus. But i've spent so much time looking at the diets of some really, really successful people who are eating so much fibre it's crazy. And they are having more success than some my zero car carnivore people. I think that there's enough data on fibre that this is probably a real thing, and we're just choosing to ignore it in the zero car carnivor world.
