YCM - High Carbon to Nitrogen of 850

Wort itself has a very high carbon to nitrogen ratio. For yeast growth, you do need a lot more nitrogen. High sugar low nitrogen of 850 YCM had a very low carbon to nitrogen at 100. The media used for that was the exact same wort that we were using for propagation. That's important because of what we talked about with the crab tree effect.
