The Multiples of a Good Company

We love product companies that have owned the IP but have outsourced the production. Very few of them own their own product facilities. So then the asset base looks similar to a distributor. But just high margin. It only makes sense if the company doesn't have large tangible assets, they're manufacturing these own products.
