Fitness isn't necessarily about hard corners, for want of a bit of phrase. It's about being able to have a healthy attitude towards fitness. We've obviously all got performance mind sets, but fitness is actually more than that. And so here's mine right now. Fathes fiotness is the ability of the organism. Because this is a characteristic of all living organisms to survive and thrive in response to stress.
