What's the Value in Doing a Sweat Rate Test?

It's a good question, because I think sometimes people go out there and do a sweat rate test. But they don't necessarily know why they're doing or at all how to use the information that they actually get from that test. So it then helps you have some idea of how much is the person likely to need fluid-wise on the day of their event. It also helps you then do some planning around making sure you've got access to that amount of fluid on race day.
