This is definitely a population, especially with endurance athletes that have been historically very adverse to any strength training. Like what I'll usually look at is kind of bilateral power and unilateral strength. If that makes sense for a lot of them where what do you do for bilateral power like jumping. And then everything else from a unilateral perspective is more so looking at being able to shift being able to rotate but also being able to resist force.
