Is There a Way to Change Your Life?

I think one of the things I keep looking at is how interesting it is that we've always looked at goals and the fitness and health zones, world, field as data points and not feeling. There's research coming out of like Rutgers where they were looking at combining mindfulness and physical activity. And over eight weeks, people felt 40% less depressed in it clinically depressed population. So if you really dig deeper into the things that actually matter, it makes all the difference. It takes longer and it's harder and it's not as sexy to talk about but it really is transformative.
