The Intuition of Work

There are many intuitions around work, for instance, that we people tend to have. If it's fun, it's probably not that valuable. It seems against our intuitions that people could have fun and doing productive labor at the same time. The relationships between many things that happen in an organization and how that relates to value is not very obvious often.
