How to Stage Integrations and Transformations

The more spaghetti you put into the system that you know eventually gets unwieldy. And then they sit at the end and go well did I actually prioritize that right or did I just go after grabbing everything I couldn't getting it in there? Because now people are starting to question the value proposition of having done all this in the first place. This may not be a question for you but do you have a viewpoint on like managing like integrations outside of the company versus managing integration inside of the company.
