Being scared of doing things and not doing them is way more painful than doing them. So i started a page in my note book. I made myself write down all the things that i'm afraid to do. And i let them just kind of pour out of a pen unjudged. Among them were, say no a go to sleep. For real. Please see part one on sleep procrastination. Then another item was du more live science and comedy events. so i will let you know how i do with tackling those too.
