I was really conscious of this in college is you have to realize that they're more than just athletes out there and they're not professionals running around. So my goal was especially when we were meeting in the mornings as you know my goal was to be as efficient use of our time as possible. Be on the lookout for the key things that do matter right now at the high school level or college level, like sleep hygiene but also how much alcohol are they using? I'm getting at it and adding stuff is adding stuff that makes the difference and works. And the stuff that doesn't is like don't do it. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is.
