How to Use Ketones for Exercising

Ketones could spare muscle glycogen stores, because this was one of the big things that they were promoting ketones for. But sparing that so that you can use the glycogen towards the end, it just doesn't happen. So I don't think it really makes sense to have all these carbohydrates to eat all these carbohydrates if you're like, just pushing 180 watts. How many grams of carbs an hour would you try and take yourself? Yeah, I'm usually going with 90 grams per hour.
