Is There a Trust Question?
Some of the best leaders i've had are great listeners. There 's somethin to that. The best ones don't just speak as a voice of authority, right? They they bring people in. They're always listening. And it's also like a trust question, right? Fundamentally. If you have a vision for how you want something to go, and you don't necessarily trust that other partners, pockets, whatever, can either be alined with you in that vision, or help improve that on if they in to make contributions, or whatever it is, then, you know, it's not a small thing to give up control in that situation.
