Both End Thinking and Paradoxical Thinking

I think usually there's a little bit more urgency in the things that don't work because they create a lot of friction and frustration. So it might just be a strategic thing. And when I say behaviors, it also means for me actually getting down to understanding the practical things that impact it. You do have those individuals at the culture carriers, so the values carry areas or cultivators are stewards. But how do you enable others to embrace that? What are your thoughts on that? Have you seen anything interesting in companies when it comes to learning from what's already working?
