Do Body Part Splits Three Days a Week?

Research points to two to three times, right? Two to four. I like hitting the body parts three is a week for a few different reasons. People tend to do the most effective exercises more often. As i'm doing my workout all in one, i start to get fatigued. So if you can spread it out throughout the week y, i usually tend te pick the most effective compound lift. The other reason why i like it is especially for maybe this doesn't necessarily apply to superadvance lifters, but for most people, practising lifts more often just improves thoir skill faster.
