The Anti-Inflammatory Effect of Amega Three Fatty Acids on Muscle Damage
Amega three fatty acids, as far as muscle damage goes, i think the main rational for it is an anti inflammatory omega three fatty acids. And we did a study when i was in stirling a few years ago in footballers. These were simi pro footballers, and we had a little bit of success in ameliorating some muscle soreness,. But in that study, the indications we we didn't really see any amelioration of systemic inflammation.
