The Role of Time Restricted Eating in Weight Loss
Time restricted eating is a mechanism for reducing total energy intake and therefore causing weight loss. The majority of the work probably so far has been in that weight loss sphere. We've still got a little way to go to sort of tease those things out but another great cell metab paper I'm just last year from Courtney Peterson's group in the States looked at early time restricted eating or feeding because they did provide all meals so finishing eating by I think was around 3 p.m.
