Kisan Patel is the CEO of three companies, I believe, Dealroom, Agile M&A and M&A Science. The company was founded in 2012 as a project management tool for managing diligence originally. Today, we look at our business as a real hybrid technology around best practices and build it to operationalize acquisitions or more than $1 billion per year.
