I think I have a responsibility to make sure that no one ever thinks that what we're saying in this podcast is like replace your medicine with it. A huge study came out at the end of last year saying that they've just recently discovered the SSRIs, which is a serotonin balancer, don't actually have a connection that serotonin and depression are not actually connected. That was a big shock where it's like, okay, we don't have all the answers,. therefore we cannot demonize alternative practices of also supporting our brain.
