The first time i ever did this, i was training for a rout in the vr g 13 d. And i started doing these, like in the lo prili made five tens really yat was really easy. I cried for maybe five sessions of it or something. But don't put your ego aside here. It's just about getting the volume in at this intensity and not chasing a pump. Ah, and it doesn't need, like, it shouldn't feel super hard, like individual pitches, right?
