98: Habits for Flow

Time and Attention

CHAPTER

How to Find a State of Flow in Your Work

Make a list of every single activity you're responsible for in your work. Then ask yourself, if I can only do one thing on this list day in, day out every single day, which one of these allows me to contribute the most? And pretty much everything left on that sheet of paper can be delegated or it supports your work. You should limit your time that you spend on them because you've already identified the core of your work,. Which should inform the daily, the weekly, the yearly intentions. All right. We threw in a few habits for each of these four steps, but maybe we have more than 10. Maybe we do, but we didn't advertise in that way.
