Meditation Is the Heart of Practice

The Oxford Dictionary defines patience as being able to accept or tolerate delays, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious. The Merriam Webster dictionary's definition is remaining steadfast, despite opposition, difficulty, or adversity. And I think that's getting closer to the mark with how I understand patience in the context of mindfulness practice.
