I use tools like Schedule Once, For Scheduling. It allows other people to find times and to avoid the back and forth. There's a great book called Don't Shoot the Dog that you should all read about for training humans also. And it just teaches them that you are not on I am. Email is not messenger for you. So sending in the future a very helpful processing email, I use Gmail offline a lot.
