Exercise Is Good for Your Mental Health
Eating well is also beneficial to your mental health on a nutritional level, and the relationship between the gort and the brain. You don't want to engage in any practice that has you doing what's known as cognitive distinance. Everyone who smokes cigarettes knows that they're bad, but yet we do it. That's cognative dissenance. And i'd recommend exercise for folk in any one. I run three times a week i'll go to the jim and lift heavy weights two or three times aweek as well. All of it's for my mental health.
