The Salem Witch Trials
The Salem witch trials are something that a lot of people or we're taught about from a young age. It started out in 1697 with one guy named Samuel Sewell who basically felt really bad for what he had done but it took centuries for people to be exonerated. The Bill Clinton apology is an example of what happens when a public apology is made and then the audience gives feedback which is essentially what happened because Bill Clinton made the first apology his polling numbers went down and so that we have to change course.
