On average it's probably if I were to just kind of subjectively say the the workload of the average of the block it would be like 65 to 75 percent of it and then load an RP or down as well yeah that kind of incorporates the load in the RP so volume is maybe maybe down 20 to 30 percent RP's are on the low end of the progression that kind of builds them up to where they end. There's a lot that goes into that right because sometimes I'll be aggressive with that that kind of slopes throughout the block other times I'll kind of start them really hard because they can handle it or other time I'll keep it really chill until that last week.
