Long campaigns should have hard and soft closes. Having a countdown or deadline drives urgency. 80% of your sales are going to come before that soft close, but you'll still end up with stragglers who pay at a higher price. I think the most valuable skill I've learned from doing digital product sales has been how to build deadline funnels because that freaking countdown timer is just irresistible.
