"It lets you be the cheerleader afterwards where you can recognize them for a job well done is very clear what's expected" She adds: "If I'm starting to see a trend across all of my reps that like nobody knows what they're doing and like, I don't know exactly where a performance should be...that feels like a reflection on me."
