The big thing here I think is businesses want to build relationships with customers and the, you know, I guess like known best way to do that is to talk to people. And a lot of people see bots, especially an AI as transactional and not relationship building. The second piece is the city of proactive and reactive support strategy. Instead of waiting for things to go wrong, you ensure everything goes right.
