What Is a Superfan?

The idea that I had a hundred year old definition was kind of mind blowing to me. A Superfan is really a customer who creates more customers. It's someone who's experienced what your brand is so compelling that they're going to come back and tell their friends. They become these meaningful advocates who are out there helping you create more customers.
