I would advise people to try and get their training to be running 30 to 50k a week or 35 to 60k a week. Two days in a row with a run session is in my opinion nearly enough so only very rare I would use threeRunning on Tuesday and Wednesday having a let's say run rest day on Thursday running again on Friday and Saturday for example just as a very practical example. Patrick says how many cases running a week when he was on your podcast do you remember yeah like 60k a weekly yeah.
