Is That Good or Bad?
Diversity inclusion is not just the buzz word, but the actual work. I think that if you make your organization so a few more people who are of different identities come in, i think that that's work they'll find. Some leave quietly, some leave loudly. But it's ok to let those people leave. And there 's also some acceptance that you won't stay in relationship with everyone. Is not good and bad is not good guys. Verseis bad guys, is people who are making mistakes.
