There's a whole host of observational and correlation based data, mainly in the female athlete triad field. Females with amenorrhea or lack of a normal menstrual cycle have significant increases in injury and illness outcomes. I also think in the early 80s, Bosco has a couple of classic papers where over a two to three week period, he had athletes chronically where five or 10% extra body weight and weighted vests. So definitely that could be something to consider. There is validation that's required for this, but there's a lot of underpinning and logic to this.
