The Importance of Rethinking the Cross
God doesn't demand sacrifice, the blood of bulls and goats never take away sins. God did not desire any of those things ever. And so it's very necessary for us to stop and rethink what is happening on the cross. I want to quickly also invite everybody to join me for square one. If you are deconstructing your faith and you're really feeling a need for connection, you feel isolated alone, you have anxiety about this. The pain of deconstruction, because it is painful, is something you really need some help processing.
