The Importance of Randomized Trials

I think it's interesting as we'll come back to Polarex of course but how many trials there have been over the past 20 years trying to challenge our CHOP unsuccessfully, you know adding autographed, adding all sorts of novel drugs. Our CHOP has sort of held its own for many many years a kind of testament to the importance of high quality randomized trials. In terms of double hit lymphoma and I know there are new names for it but I still call it double hit because that's easiest. And so I've covered some other ground in terms of immuno-histochemistry and cytogenics which is really good fish out of water on this one.
