Is Your Training Really Easy?

Stephanie O fath: I have plenty of takeaways, but i'm going to limit to a few. Take that big picture view of your training, rather than just the weekly, microcycle view. When you stack them, one week, one week after another, that's when the magic happens. And then suddenly, the this idea of polarized training, it starts to seem a lot more conceivable. We can potentially have quite a lot of success on intensity, but perhaps it's more of a short term solution and not necessarily working as well in long term.
