i remember running into this problem ax and gred school. It's like, well, we needn't t have it controlled. And i think the other part that i think is really important here is that, an the us, we often equate getting faster to running faster on our r hard intervalo sessions. So instead of two miles at this you can do two and a half miles or three miles or whatever have you. We it's just a subtle shift, but an important shift of mind setof why you're doing a workout.
